Important Policies

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If the delivery company loses your package, we will issue a full refund. However, if tracking shows delivered to your address and the package is stolen, we cannot offer a refund. Please check with your local post office or neighbors in such cases.

🏡 Wrong Address Policy

If the wrong address was provided, we can only issue a refund if tracking shows the package is being returned to us due to an incorrect address. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot offer a refund.

🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped yet. If your order is already in transit, we cannot cancel it.

🌸 Unclaimed Orders

If your order is delivered to a parcel locker and remains unclaimed for more than 4 days, and you do not respond to our contact attempts (email or SMS), we will consider the order abandoned.
