🔍 Tracking Information Tracking details will be available once the package has been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
💰 Customs & Import Fees We cover all customs and import fees for our customers except for orders from the United States. In unusual cases, if you are required to pay extra customs fees, email us at contact@snuggleheaven.shop, and we will refund the amount you paid.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages If the delivery company loses your package, we will issue a full refund. However, if the tracking shows delivered to your address and the package is stolen, we cannot offer a refund. Please check with your local post office or neighbors in such cases.
🏡 Wrong Address Policy If the wrong address was provided, we can only issue a refund if the tracking shows that the package is being returned to us due to an incorrect address. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot offer a refund.
🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped yet. If your order is already in transit, we cannot cancel it.
🌸 Unclaimed Orders
If your order is delivered to a parcel locker and remains unclaimed for more than 15 days, and you do not respond to our contact attempts (email or SMS), we will consider the order abandoned.
